This isn't a Bushism of the day, but have you seen this site? There are tons of Bush quotes and also some audio clips that are pretty hilarious.

Once again I loved your show. With my schedule, I missed most of the coverage of Coretta Scott King's funeral though I did catch the Daily Show's coverage. Thanks for playing the excerpts. I'm avoiding the news lately. It angers me. It insults my intelligence at times. I bet they didn't even comment on Reverend Lawry's comments right in front of the President. I'm sure the rightwing talkshows did, and I'm sure that FOX did.

If this were a dictatorship, it would be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator.
-- George W. Bush, half-joking about his transition in Washington, D.C., December 18, 2000, quoted from CNN, "Bush to meet with Clinton as Cabinet building continues"

Like I said, the legislature's job is to write law, and it's the executive branch's job to interpret the law.
-- George W. Bush, Q&A session following press conference of November 22, 2000.
